Breast Lift
(Mastopexy)

Breast lift surgery (Mastopexy) removes excess skin that has accumulated around the breast during pregnancy or weight changes. Placement of a breast implant can be combined with this procedure to achieve the desired result.
A breast lift can rejuvenate your figure with a breast profile that is more youthful and uplifted. A woman’s breasts often change over time, losing their youthful shape and firmness. These changes and loss of skin elasticity can result from:
Pregnancy
Weight fluctuations
Heredity

Breast Reduction (Reduction Mammaplasty)

A breast reduction, also known as a reduction mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to reduce the size and improve the shape of the breasts.
Typically, women who are candidates for this type of procedure have physical symptoms related to the weight or shape of their breasts.
These symptoms include back pain, neck pain and stretch marks on the breasts, including grooves in the areas of the shoulders where the bra straps rest.
The incisions will vary depending on the size of the breast before the operation and the size of the final breast (after the surgery).

Male Breast reduction Surgery
(Gynecomastia surgery)

Gynecomastia is the pathological enlargement of one or both mammary glands in man. This disorder is usually associated with hyperprolactinemia (excess prolactin in the blood that is also synthesized in men).
The objective of surgical treatment is to achieve a normal appearance of the male chest, with the least possible scar. The surgical technique will depend mainly on the degree of gynecomastia, and on the distribution and proportion of the various components (fat and parenchymal) of the breast.
Gynecomastia is characterized by:
Excess localized fat
Excess glandular tissue development
Sometimes excess breast skin
Presence unilaterally (one breast) or bilaterally (both breasts)

These procedures require a special post-surgical brassier or garment.
