Lipoesculpture

Liposuction improves the body contour by eliminating unsightly fat deposits through a cannula (tube) and a vacuum device – which performs suction.
With the Liposculpture, fat can be extracted in the desired and appropriate proportion to avoid accumulations that deform the figure. But it can also increase the proportions of some parts of the body, hence the revolutionary thing about this technique since an autologous fat transfer can be performed.
It can be performed on different parts of the body such as the abdomen, arms, back, buttocks, neck, flanks, hips and waist.
It is contraindicated in cases of:
Morbid obesity or BMI higher than 30.
Low elasticity of the skin.
Active infection.
Pregnancy.
Blood Clotting problems.

Tummy Tuck
(Abdominoplasty)

It is a surgical procedure used to remove excess skin and fat from the mid-lower abdomen and to re-tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall.
The procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of a bulging abdomen.
It is important to know that an incision is made which leaves a permanent scar in the shape of a “crescent”, this depends on the magnitude of the original problem and the surgery required to correct it, can extend from hip to hip.
It is indicated for:
Excess or sagging abdominal skin
A protruding abdomen out of proportion to the rest of your body
Abdominal muscles that have been separated and weakened
Excess fat tissue that is concentrated in your abdomen
If you have plans to become pregnant or lose weight in the future, it is important to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Body Fat Grafting

Autologous fat grafting, also called fat grafting, fat injection, lipofilling, liposculpture, or fat transfer, is a procedure that uses a person’s own fat to fill in irregularities and grooves.
At the present time it is a well-established technique that was perfected in the early nineties.
The necessary fat is obtained by limited liposculpture through one or more incisions (between 3 and 5mm). It is usually taken from the abdomen or inner thigh.
The fat is infiltrated and distributed evenly in the area, by injecting small amounts into the tissues, in such a way that the injected fat is well surrounded by healthy tissue, this ensures that the transplanted fat remains in contact with the surrounding tissues that must supply it with oxygen and nutrients.
The aspirated fat is processed by centrifugation, filtration or washing. As a result, you get pure, liquid fatty tissue, ready for injection into the desired area.

Bodytite

BodyTite is used as complementary procedure and is a minimally invasive body contouring procedure delivering results previously only achieved through more excisional surgical procedures. Bodytite, powered by directional radiofrequency (RF), provides contraction of the dermis, subdermal connective tissue, and adipose tissue coagulation

DURING SURGERY

Epidural Anesthesia

Is a method of medication administration in which a medicine is injected into the epidural space around the spinal cord. Epidural administration involves the placement of a catheter into the epidural space, which may remain in place for the duration of the treatment.

The surgical time of the Liposculpture, Tummy Tuck, Body Fat Grafting is from 2 to 3 hours, it all depends on the case of the patient.

Important; The estimated time provided in this information is only about the surgical procedure, the preparation and recovery time must be considered.

POST SURGICAL PROCESS

Liposculpture and Abdominoplasty procedures are surgeries that require a one-day hospital stay, this means that you will spend one night in the Hospitalization department for post-surgical evaluation, next day you will be discharged with your post-surgical indications.
These procedures require a special post-surgical garment.
